English Federation for Correspondence Chess

ICCF hold an annual Congress every year hosted by a different National Federation. This is basically a get-together of all National Delegates & other ICCF Officials to discuss policies, procedures, rules etc. It is usually a 3 or 4 day conference. England has usually submitted at least one delegate to attend these conferences & sometimes two.
